Peach Mint Simple Syrup (Easy and Delicious)

By , June 3, 2026

This peach mint simple syrup is so easy to make, and it’s the perfect addition to lemonade, iced tea, or a homemade cocktail. The best part is that you can use frozen peaches to keep this super simple and avoid having to cut and skin peaches. I will be making this all summer long!

A Yummy Simple Syrup: My Inspiration

My mom and I subscribe to Magnolia Magazine, and in the summer issue there was an amazing frozen peach lemonade drink recipe. My sister’s birthday celebration was coming up, and I wanted to make something peach to bring to the get together. However, I decided to go for a rocks drink so that it would travel with me better.

I started with a classic peach simple syrup, but to amp it up, I added some mint from my herb garden. The result was this yummy simple syrup. I had some lemonade in my fridge, so I used that to test out the syrup. It was out of this world refreshing.

Shelf Life of Peach Mint Simple Syrup

Peach mint simple syrup will spoil sooner than regular simple syrup due to the fruit content. It will keep in your fridge for about 1 or 2 weeks. Be sure to use it all up and avoid wasting any of this delicious syrup!

How to Use Peach Mint Simple Syrup

The most obvious use for this tasty treat is to add it to lemonade or iced tea. But you could also get creative and add it to homemade craft cocktails and mocktails for a special sweet and minty flavor. Stay tuned for some drink recipes featuring this simple syrup! I will be linking them below in the near future.
