Method
- Wash peaches and mint thoroughly.
- Bring ingredients to a boil over medium heat in a saucepan, stirring frequently
- Reduce to a simmer and mush up the peaches using a potato masher.
- Allow to cook for 10-15 more minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour over a mesh strainer to remove mint and peach pieces. Refrigerate in sealed container.
- Add 1-2 ounces to one cup of lemonade, iced tea, or your favorite cocktails for a fresh summer flavor
