Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz peach mint simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 2 oz club soda

Method
 

  1. Add ice, lemon juice, peach syrup, and vodka to a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly to combine.
  2. Strain ice and pour over a glass of fresh ice. Top with club soda. Stir gently with a spoon to combine without removing the bubbles.
  3. Garnish with a peach slice and some mint. Enjoy!
